This timelock contract relies on the ability to lock tokens for 31 days, but that assumption is false on every rollup besides Facet—it's false today, and it will remain false when the other rollups reach Stage 2, because even then their operators will retain the ability to initiate a total rollup shutdown with just 30 days notice.
